Bali Airport Luxury Transfer — Frequently Asked Questions

Fourteen questions we get most often from clients booking a Bali airport luxury transfer in 2026. Honest answers, no marketing.

1. What is included in the price?

The all-in price covers: vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking, insurance, flight tracking, meet-and-greet inside arrivals, water amenity, scented towel, USB charging, English-speaking driver, schedule changes for flight delays under six hours, and chauffeur gratuity. There are no separate charges. The only optional add-ons are fast-track immigration (USD 65 per adult), child car seats (USD 8 per seat) and arrival amenities such as champagne (USD 45-85). All optional and all transparent.

2. How far in advance should I book?

Twenty-four hours minimum is preferred. Forty-eight to seventy-two hours guarantees vehicle of choice in high season (June, July, August, December, January). Last-minute bookings under six hours are usually possible — WhatsApp us directly. The Lexus LM in particular requires 5-7 days notice in peak.

3. What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing changes for you. We track your flight automatically. The same chauffeur waits at the actual landing time. Delays under six hours are absorbed at no charge. Delays over six hours we coordinate with you — usually still the same chauffeur, sometimes a fresh chauffeur if it crosses overnight; either way no surge fee.

4. What if my flight is cancelled and I need to rebook?

Reschedule the transfer for free up to your new flight time. If you rebook for the next day, no charge. If you cancel altogether, our cancellation policy applies (full refund 48+ hours before, 50% refund 12-48 hours before, no refund inside 12 hours — but we exercise discretion for flight cancellations beyond your control).

5. Can I pay in cash on arrival?

50% deposit is required to confirm the booking — paid via international bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or credit card (USD, EUR, AUD, SGD or IDR accepted). Balance payable on arrival in cash (USD or IDR), card, or bank transfer. We do not accept full cash on arrival without deposit because of no-show risk; the deposit is what guarantees the chauffeur is dispatched.

6. Is the price per person or per vehicle?

Per vehicle. The price for an Alphard at USD 95 covers up to four passengers. There is no per-person fee. The only per-person cost is fast-track immigration if added.

7. Do you have child car seats?

Yes — infant carrier (rear-facing for under 12 months), convertible seat (12 months to 4 years), and booster (4 to 8 years). USD 8 per seat per direction. Specify when booking — we install before the chauffeur leaves to collect you.

8. Can the chauffeur stay with us for the rest of the trip?

Yes. We operate full-day private driver service for the rest of the trip from USD 110 per day (standard premium SUV, 8 hours, 100 km in-day) up to USD 350 per day for executive S-Class with chauffeur. Discounted weekly rates available. Same chauffeur where possible. Many clients book the airport transfer plus 3-7 days private driver as a package.

9. What is the difference between this and what my hotel offers?

Honestly — sometimes nothing, often a USD 80-200 markup. Many five-star resorts in Nusa Dua and Ubud quote arriving guests transfers at USD 350-600 sourced from a USD 95 Alphard outsource partner. The markup funds the resort concierge desk. There is no obligation to use the hotel transfer; booking direct is normal and accepted by the resort.

10. Do you operate at all hours?

Yes — twenty-four hours, every day of the year including Nyepi (Bali day of silence) for emergency airport transfers (rare; most flights are grounded that day anyway). 1am, 4am, 6am arrivals are all standard. No surge.

11. Can I bring extra luggage beyond the stated capacity?

Tell us when booking — we may upsize the vehicle. An S-Class boot fits three large bags; if you have five, we move you to an Alphard. The price difference is usually USD 20-40, far better than discovering at arrival the boot does not close.

12. Do you offer Bali airport limousine service for weddings?

Yes — wedding-day chauffeur service in S-Class or Lexus LM, decorated cabin, professional driver in formal attire, multi-vehicle convoys for the wedding party from airport to villa-of-events. Quote on request. Often booked with full Bali wedding logistics through our parent group.

13. Can the driver speak languages other than English?

Several of our chauffeurs speak conversational Mandarin, Japanese or Korean. Specify when booking and we assign the right driver where available. Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is universal across all chauffeurs.

14. How do I confirm the booking is real and not a scam?

Three verification steps: (1) we send a photo of the chauffeur and the actual vehicle plate 24 hours before pickup; (2) we issue a numbered booking confirmation with our company details PT Juara Holding Indonesia; (3) you can verify our airport-side legitimacy with Angkasa Pura I, the operator of Ngurah Rai International. 15. Do you handle airport pickups for private jet arrivals?

Yes — for clients arriving via private aviation at the FBO (Fixed Base Operator) facility on the south side of Ngurah Rai, we coordinate the chauffeur to meet you at the FBO arrivals lounge directly. No public-terminal walk required. Specify private aviation when booking. Same all-in pricing applies, same fleet options.

16. Can I book a return transfer back to the airport?

Yes. We operate the same service in the reverse direction — chauffeur arrives at your villa 90-120 minutes before your scheduled departure (longer for Ubud and far-north zones), helps load luggage, drives to the DPS departures terminal, and assists with the porter trolley to the check-in zone. Pricing is identical to the inbound transfer. Many clients book a round-trip transfer at the start of the holiday for slight scheduling efficiency.

17. What if I need a child booster seat or wheelchair-accessible vehicle?

Booster seats and infant carriers are available in every vehicle on request (USD 8 per seat per direction). For wheelchair-accessible transfers, we operate a dedicated Hyundai Staria Premier with a low-floor side entry and folding ramp, suitable for standard manual wheelchairs. Specify mobility requirements when booking — we may upsize the vehicle at no extra charge depending on the situation.

18. Can the transfer include a brief stop on the way to the villa?

Yes — a single 30-minute stop is included in the standard fee (for example, picking up SIM cards at a Tuban phone shop, swapping currency at a money-changer, or grabbing groceries at a Pepito supermarket en route). Multiple stops or longer detours are billed at the additional-time rate (USD 25 per 30 minutes). Just specify the planned stop when booking and the chauffeur will route accordingly.
